This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the **NightOwlView** mobile application ("the App") is provided by **Levi Burau** ("I", "me", or "my").

1. The Non-Collection of Data

NightOwlView is designed as a standalone, real-time viewer and does not collect, store, transmit, or share any user data or personal information.

• No Data Persistence: The App is a dedicated, real-time LIDAR viewer. It does not contain functionality to take photos, record video, save settings, or store any data on the device.
• Local Processing Only: The App accesses your device's LIDAR sensor and camera solely to render the depth map visualization on the screen. This data is processed **instantly and locally** in your device's RAM and is discarded immediately upon the App being closed or backgrounded.
• No Backend: The App does not connect to any servers, clouds (including iCloud), or external services. There is no remote infrastructure to host or transmit data.

2. Third-Party Services and Analytics

The App does **not** integrate any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party code that would collect data about your usage or behavior. Your usage of the App remains entirely private and untracked.

3. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13, as no data collection mechanism is present.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
